Manch is a grassroots political movement that aims to install a bottom-up political and governance structure that distributes power evenly and safeguards the rights of ordinary citizens, while providing the citizens a space to talk and forming a community that listens.
As a founding member at Manch, I acted as a driving force during the inception of the organization and have been an active member in the strategy and functioning. We facilitated public participation events, Gram Panchayat meeting and workshops, creating platforms for citizen engagement and collective action, led mass communication efforts, including hosting events and managing social media channels, to drive awareness and promote the movement’s objectives.
I was also a part of a dynamic team that led political campaigns for three independent candidates in the 2024 Sikkim Legislative Assembly Elections.
Media
Along with strategy and planning roles, keeping Manch's social media handles active was a major part of my engagement at Manch. Check out our social media handles for more.

Hosting Online Public Discussions
Manch hosts public discussions via Google Meet every other weekend to discuss a wide range of topics pertaining to issues in Sikkim. These online meets have become a beacon of hope for citizens who wish to put forth their opinions in a society where most choose to remain silent in the face of a corrupt system and exploitative forces.
I took active part in planning, organizing, creating graphics, and also sometimes hosting these events. All the videos can be found on our YouTube channel. Embedded below are some of the events hosted by me.
